Flaunt's Founder
Bec has spent 15 years dedicated to and loving the media industry. She has had huge impact both here in Sydney and in her original stomping grounds of London and has cultivated and led teams that consistently thrive and excel.
Media wasn’t always her envisioned path though. In fact, she stumbled upon it out of nowhere much like many of us do, and now wouldn't change it for the world!
Originating from a background in graduate recruitment, Bec now harbours a huge desire to cast the brightest spotlight on the media industry and showcase its unique rewards and vibrant culture to a new generation of leaders.
What sets Bec apart is her unparalleled passion for coaching and development. Her authentic, warm and personable style leaves an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

Not only does she have more than 20 years of experience within media agencies, publishers and in marketing... she is also a master copy writer, graphic designer, commissioned artist and has published a trilogy of fiction books - in real life! Throw in that she is also a qualified wellness coach and there is honestly nothing she won't be able to guide you through.

Arum Nixon
Arum stands out as a visionary strategic thinker within the industry. With a breadth of media experience gained from 20 years in the industry, he has worked in many diverse roles from strategy and investment to sales and marketing, leading teams and advising some of the world's biggest brands.
In his role as an industry mentor for the MFA 5+ community, Arum brings not only a wealth of experience but also a proven track record as a skilled coach. He will impart invaluable insights, incredible smarts and add so much value to your professional journey.
Meaghan Spencer
Meg is our shining star example of someone who has walked in your 'new starter shoes' and done it superbly! Starting her media career as a Trading Assistant on the agency side, she found her niche on the publisher side and is now an exceptional Group Sales Leader and spearheads some of the largest and most important relationships across her business.
Meg is driven, determined, savvy and a master of coaching around progression and setting goals and actions to help others achieve their career dreams. She's also damn fun to be around so a laugh or two is guaranteed.
