Our aim is to discover the best talent day in day out, ensuring they have the right competencies for long-term success in your business and then coach them through the transition into your world. 


Our process will give you rapid access to a larger pool of quality candidates year-round and ensure they possess the qualities to progress quickly within your business. A deeper, more considered assessment process before you even meet a candidate will save you time and ensure you make wise hiring choices for your entry level roles allowing you to build a bright future for your teams from the ground up.

What Makes the Flaunt Model Different?

Our sole focus is finding more Entry Level candidates for our industry.

Flaunt knows that entry level roles make up the largest portion of a company’s recruitment – they are the roles that collectively we spend the most time recruiting for. When we look at only those with relevant degrees or experience OR an active interest in the industry, we can miss out on candidates who have the innate qualities to be exceptional and who perhaps just never stumbled across us!


Flaunt’s role as your partner is to take this task off your hands and spend our days discovering emerging talent. This focus will award us the time to look further and deeper, sweeping the portals that you don’t have time to be proactive within. From an exhaustive job board strategy, to a major focus on graduate databases and universities, from ambassador programs to building brand through a targeted social and content strategy, we will leave no stone unturned in the quest to finding you the best talent.

We create events for candidates to showcase who they are.

41% of businesses say that entry level roles are the most difficult to recruit for. Largely, this is down to these candidates having limited experience to draw upon through traditional interview processes. Let’s not hold this against them, lets create an experience that allows them to showcase their best selves and allows you to make wiser hiring decisions.

Flaunt’s process, a one-way video screening, an exhaustive competency-based two-way interview plus a 3-4 hour Discovery Day lets candidates get into their flow and show us who they truly are. With an afternoon of high energy presentations, group discussions, Q&As, team tasks, collaborative exercises and that all important mix and mingle, we will have the best understanding of a candidate’s fit to your business. We are looking for the competencies required for the roles of now and of the future ensuring a long and impactful tenure for each candidate.

How good is our industry?! It really is one of the most rewarding, innovative and exciting places to be. That buzz and sparkle that we are renowned for needs to be experienced by potential talent and we daresay that we don’t showcase that well enough through traditional interview processes.

Discovery Days, built and ran by industry experts will recreate the industry events that make us proud to work in our world and inspire talent to want to get on board! Education will be front and centre so candidates walk away feeling well informed about what their futures could look like by role and with clear expectations of what that first year holds and beyond.

We support candidates with coaching for their first 6 months in your Business.

The first 6 months of a new hire’s tenure, particularly at this level, is pivotal and there is A LOT to learn. Most businesses in our industry have exceptional onboarding and training programs that focus on industry, systems and task orientated knowledge, and Flaunt want to complement that with a dedication to growth and development whilst they navigate this new chapter in their lives.
